1-on-1 Intro Session
1-on-1 Introductory Session. You can do your 30-minute intro session alone or bring a friend.
We will evaluate your current level of fitness, discuss your specific fitness goals, and introduce you to our facility.
You will learn about our methodology and our unique application of CrossFit.
Not all CrossFit gyms are the same. We all operate under the general philosophy of CrossFit, which is great, but how an individual gym is run, the programming, the energy, and the specific philosophies vary greatly.
